- Mt. Cook lily — by the tree with the nest, up the trail at Doubtful Sound.
- Pikao — on the small island, paddling right from the Doubtful Sound dock.
- Kakabeak — a display plant in Puzzle Palace.
- Spider orchid — beside the boardwalk near the stump at Mossburn.
- Waterfall fern — across the bridge at the Mossburn waterfall.
