General Information

Fan Kit content includes everything downloadable from the Fan Kit page — logos, silhouettes, magnifying glasses, cover arts, PSD templates, and custom logos created with the logo generator.

Please read this agreement carefully before using the Fan Kit. By downloading content, you accept these terms and conditions, and this agreement between you (the “User”) and the Nancy Drew Global Team (the “Author”) comes into force. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the content.

1. Rules for Composing Titles

1.1. The optimal title length is 3 to 30 characters, including spaces — this keeps the generated logo looking its best.

1.2. Titles may use Latin letters, exclamation marks, hyphens, and periods. Swearing is prohibited.

1.3. The first letter is automatically converted to uppercase, following English conventions.

1.4. Titles are auto-corrected: if an existing game title is entered with mistakes or the words are mixed up, it is corrected on generation. For example, “The Secret of the Old Clock” becomes “Secret of the Old Clock”.

1.5. If the title matches an existing Nancy Drew game, a registered trademark sign (®) is added to the logo, marking it as an officially registered game protected by copyright.

1.6. Obscene language is unacceptable: the age rating of the Nancy Drew series does not exceed 10+. Titles are checked for profanity even if you try to bypass the software protection.

1.7. The generator may let borderline titles through — vulgar wording, slang, or innuendo. Such logos do not match the 10+ rating and may only be used in themed communities or for humorous purposes.

2. Content Ownership

2.1. The Author owns all content, excluding material copyrighted by HeR Interactive, Inc. or other respective holders. Treat the content as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a book.

2.2. The User may not rent, distribute, transfer, or sell the content or any of its fragments.

2.3. The Author does not grant the User any intellectual property rights to the content, except for the use of the User's own creations.

2.4. The User may — but is not obliged to — credit the Author, unless otherwise provided by this agreement.

2.5. The User may use all downloadable content to create fan merchandise: stickers, posters, and so on.

2.6. The User agrees not to use the content together with certain categories of material, including:

• Products and services that violate local or international laws; illegal goods and services.
• Tobacco products, vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and other products that mimic smoking.
• Medications and related products, including illegal or recreational drugs.
• Unsafe foods and food additives.
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
• Adult products and services, including alcohol.
• Gambling, state lotteries, microcredit, payday loans, and collateral lending.
• Network marketing, initial coin offerings, binary options, or CFD trading.
• Products and services that commercially exploit social or political issues and crises, including government, elections, and politics.
• Propaganda, including war, violence, and mercenaries.
• Any form of discrimination — by gender, age, race, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or otherwise.

3. Validity

3.1. This agreement is valid until terminated.

3.2. The agreement is terminated if the User chooses to end it by destroying the content and all copies.

3.3. The Author may terminate this agreement if the User does not comply with its terms. Upon termination, the User undertakes to destroy the content and any copies in their possession or control.

4. Warranty

The content is provided on an “as is” basis. The Author does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform, the absence of errors, or fitness for the User's needs, and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding non-infringement of third-party rights, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Disclaimer

Under no circumstances shall the Author be liable to the User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of savings, or loss of data — even if the User has been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor for claims by third parties arising from the content, whether based on tort (including gross negligence) or any other legal theory.
