The Hub is an unofficial fan project, built by fans for fans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HeR Interactive, Inc. or Simon & Schuster, Inc., and hold no license from either company.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to the Hub freely. You may not:

Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's content wholesale elsewhere
Attempt to disrupt the site's operation (e.g. automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts)
Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who abuses the site.

Accounts

Some features (like saving favorites, or keeping your preferred language/region) may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abuse.

Donations

The Hub may offer a way to support the project financially. Any donation is entirely voluntary and non-refundable, and goes toward running costs -- the domain, server hosting, and similar upkeep -- not toward salaries or profit. Donating doesn't unlock any paid feature or special access; everything on the Hub stays free for everyone.

No warranty

The Hub is provided "as is", maintained by volunteers in our spare time. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or completeness -- game release dates, screenshots, and other details can change without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
